I have been shooting over the past 2 weekends. Friends have commented good reviews.(thanks! but there's room for improvement)
I hope i can take more to learn and capture the fun and memories to remind everyone.

Buay ta han... I can say pentax is cheaper. $1300 n less u can get e kit. I juz wanna try n feel the pentax.
Duno where this urge come from.

Plus, i saw a Ricoh camera at centrepoint the other time. GR-D! True 28mm lens. Great for landscape n macro. Small and compact with manual controls! Ah!!!

It's a very meaningful learning experience from ppl at CS n fellow snappers(actually only 2 fellow snappers lah). My 1st time taking fireworks on my DSLR. It's just incredible.... my heart is leaping with the bursts in the air n hearing the sound is bringing excitement every second.

Happy National Day!!!

Today is National Day! This year round i'm not in NDP marching any more! No more burnt weekends, but i miss the fun.

Well, another photography outing. 油菜 and his friend Bo wei are early birds. Finally Charlie can make it to go with me. For the 2 fireworks fest, either he's caught in e crowd or too late lah. Haiyo...
We walked quite abit from Lavender MrT. Got crowd at Kallang Park liaoz.Scary wor!

Singapore Fireworks Festival 06-Singapore

Welcome back! This time is presented by Singapore team.

There's alot of ppl going down to esplanade this time round. Hew! I cant move my bum properly! I shall show the picture of the crowd.Scary!
As usual, 油菜 and MaRcusW were there shooting. Marcus was wearing his army uniform lah...So onz...
My dear friend YY came later with our healthy yummy dinner of bacon/tuna sandwich.

Getting more and more crowded! 8.30liao! coming coming!
9pm, Show started.... first few shots cannot make it... This time round is sooooo smoky. Haiyo! BUT... Thanks to Laney for passing me the CS2, i can edit my photos at home. I learnt how to reduce some of the smoke from some "pros" from ClubSnap forum. Thanks alot to all. Well, sit back n enjoy the smoky look.

Singapore Fireworks Festival 2006

Hey ppl.... I'm BACK......

On MC lah.... Doc say contagous. Gave 2 days MC. Sorry to keep u all worried that i've disappeared. Too knocked out by the medicine to inform u guys...

I was up and about again on saturday despite the leaking tap. Still have the floating effect from the medicine...including slow response and dazed look.

Evening time, i went down to Esplanade area to wait patiently for the fireworks.
2 fellow snappers there are 油菜 and MarcusW.

油菜 was there early and he managed to help us got good spots. THANK YOU!!!

Was my 2nd time shooting fireworks but i still unsure of what to do...(didn't do homework)

I saw alot of ppl carrying the New Nikon D200! Wah....envy leh...even the old man next to me is using one!!! *faint
