Yesterday was having lunch with my site colleagues and 1 of them shared about her new flat purchase.

We were quite amazed at the price she paid for a 4 room flat near Sembawang MRT. Cheap + low COV.

Reason for low COV: Divorce case.

The couple is young (late 20s). Have a family of their own.

These 2 reasons are good enough to keep our jaws opened for a good 10s.

Self-thinking process: marriage nowadays becomes worthless? 1 wrong made all the rights void?
